Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems with the TrimTube.io service that prevent you from using the platform as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
Subscription Services: Refunds are generally not provided. The only exception is if you experience consistent, verifiable service downtime that prevents you from using TrimTube.io as intended. To be eligible for a downtime-related refund, you must report the issue within 3 days of your subscription payment.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel the service simply due to a change of mind after the purchase.
Functional Use: Any functional use of the service, including downloading even a single video clip, completely voids refund eligibility. Once the service has been utilized to deliver a clip, no refunds will be granted.
Subscription Abuse: Subscribing, downloading a clip, and immediately canceling or requesting a refund/chargeback is considered an abuse of our service. No refunds will be granted under these circumstances.
Misuse or Policy Violations: Refunds are not issued for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.
Known Content Restrictions: Our tool relies on YouTube's infrastructure. There are inherent limitations to what we can process. Refunds will absolutely not be granted if a video fails to download due to the following well-known third-party restrictions:
We understand that encountering a restriction (like Region-Lock or Age-Restriction) can be frustrating. As a courtesy to our users, if you encounter one of these known blockers, you may email us at support@trimtube.io with the YouTube URL and your requested clip duration.
Our team will make a manual attempt to process and secure the clip for you using custom configurations. Please note that this is a best-effort courtesy service, and we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate for heavily restricted content. This courtesy service does not make these restrictions eligible for a refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Canceling a subscription will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for past payments unless otherwise specified by this policy.
